Do the Democrats smell untapped tax money?

Retirement investment have been not taxable until you start drawing on the accouts at which time most of us will be in a lower tax bracket BUT the democrats never have been able to p up someting new to tax like SS in 1993 and Pelosi and her idiot supporters proposing a windfall tax on stock dividends that make you to much money and retirement accounts. I guse this is certanley change but not hope
