Ford Focus remote central locking problem/keyfob?

it is always usually the nearside door mechanism faulty, sadly this affects all the doors, and it will be intermittent, many customers where i work have Focus`s with the same problem and it works ok one day and then wont work another.... replacing it is the only answer (could be either side but usually its the penger side)
