Why would he wanna break up If i didnt go through wih it?...Will he break up?

I told my bf that i almost cheated him and not to hold it against me because i didnt go through with it. He didnt text bck and I thought it was weird so I called him to ask if he is mad. He told me to explain how I almost cheated on him and i told him i was playing spin the bottle and they dared me to go to a room and make out with a boy I did go to the room but didnt do anything. After telling him that he seemed mad and didnt want to talk anymore. I then asked are you tired of me and he said yes because you never seem to grow up and spin the bottle is some kid ****. He then told me to leave him alone so i did. I texted him the next mrning about how srry i was and he replied: omg...u need to understand when i say leave me alone. Your getting annoying. Do you think he will break it off with me cuz I jst have a weird feeling he will. By the way im 19 and he is 21
