Does my job want me to quit or are they trying to fire me what should i do?

About three months ago another employee approached me and asked me if I was happy here. I said its ok the sup overheard and just blurted out if I am not happy I should just leave. Today at a meeting while on a totally different subject she indirectly said"if you but not directly at me aren't happy you should just leave". It was pretty obvious it was directed to me for no apparent reason. I confirmed this with another worker and she said she yes it was "obvious to her that she was referring to me". Another employee consulted me and said I shouldnt leave if they want to fire me I should just let them. My other peers said it might be best if I just leave. What is the best thing I can do in this situation. It appears to me that they are trying to get or want me to leave.
