Guest p for Club Pogo on pogo.com says I can get a guest p...?

Then it says I can't. I asked somebody in a game room and they said you have to have club pogo to get a guest p and have to know somebody to get one. Question is, how do I know I want to pay for Club Pogo if I do not know what I am paying for? Is there ANY way in the world I can attain a guest p? Please help me, thank you.
