I have a problem with my daughter who is 17 and wll be leaving home for higher studies soon.?

She does not like discipline at home . She does not make her bed or put away her clothes or even change into her nightdress before sleeping. She says it is her room and her body and she will do as she likes with them.I keep telling her as long as she stays with us she has to follow the rules we keep she is very disdainful. When I remind her that she will have to follow some rules when she moves to a hostel she replies that this is not a hostel. She even does not clean her sometimes menses soiled panties promptly.We end up having lots of fights .Now her younger sister seems to be following her actions.When I point this out to her she says that each one has their own minds and will do as they see fit. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do.Please someone help.....
