Need help with my little brother's behavior.?

There is nothing you can do sometimes a person must walk down their own road good or bad. Boot Camp for troubled youth might change him around, talking to someone sometimes helps he might learn why he has that short fuse. My bet is that he will end up on a downward road where he will remain until he wants to change his life around.
