Does my boyfriend still love me?

we have been with my boyfriend for morethan 2 years. I dindnt seen him for 6 months since he is working in Africa and I'm here in the philippines,this august will be his vacation and it will be my birthday so i'm expecting him to come to see me after a long time waiting but he said he is going to his home (montana) because he has to fix some doents for the house he bought. is it mean that he doest love me and i'm not realy important to him?
