How can I lose weight after suffering from Eating Disorders and with a slow metabolism because of them?

perhaps you only need 1200 calories a day. I put 4 st on after stopping smoking and was eating everything steamed, veg lean chicken and fish and I was still piling it on. It's said that if you ate 45 oranges a day, you'd still pile weight on. It's definitely what goes into the system but check with your doc if you can reduce the calories.
