Peformance enhancement for women?

It depends on what you're looking for an edge in. A track athlete is not going to require the same thing as a cheerleader. The only advice I have to give is to stay away from anabolic steroids and growth hormone as they can seriously upset your body's natural hormone production. For muscle growth I would say a protein supplement, but anything beyond that I would consult my doctor about. Hope that helps.
