I was diagnosed with having fetal demise at 6 weeks pregnant, should I go to an abortion clinic?

The fetus has been deceased for over two weeks & still no signs of miscarriage is happening!!! My doctor is giving me the run around with a D&C so I figured Id go to an abortion clinic! Is this a good idea?
